To ensure complete transparency, we follow a standard universal cancellation and terms policy
for all bookings made with us. We understand that sometimes, due to unforeseen
circumstances, you may need to cancel or reschedule your trip. While we try our best to
support your situation, the airline, hotel, and supplier rules require us to apply the following
conditions
The hotel is solely responsible for providing all hotel-related services including
accommodation, amenities, and customer service. We act only as an intermediary and are not
liable for any hotel-related issues. The token amount paid at the time of booking is nonrefundable as all reservations are processed from this amount. Guests are strongly advised to
check and verify the hotel details, facilities, room types, and location before confirming the
booking.
Any concerns related to hotel services must be resolved directly with the hotel management,
and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction during the stay.
Airlines hold complete responsibility for any changes, delays, rescheduling, or cancellations of
flights.
We act only as a mediator and cannot be held liable for airlineinitiated changes. In case of any
modification, passengers must directly contact the respective airline for assistance. We
recommend keeping track of flight updates and notifications to avoid any inconvenience.
Any losses or expenses due to flight changes are not our responsibility. Some hotels may
require a security deposit or may collect taxes at the time of check-in. This is completely as per
hotel policy and must be paid by the guest directly at the hotel. These amounts cannot be paid
during package booking. Any disputes or clarifications regarding deposits or taxes must be
taken up directly with the hotel, as they are beyond our control.
• PAYMENT POLICY
For payments, 50% of the package amount is required in advance to initiate the booking. The
remaining payment is to be completed after all bookings are confirmed.
If 100% payment is not received at least 19 days before departure, the booking may be
cancelled. Payment terms may vary based on travel season, destination, or premium hotels,
and in some cases, full advance payment may be required.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation, the following charges will apply:
– 30 days or more before the tour start: 15% of the package cost
– 30 to 15 days prior: 25% of the package cost
– 15 to 7 days prior: 50% of the package cost
– In case of no show: 100% of the package cost Government taxes and charges are nonrefundable.
